i purchased this safe from Yale from amazon. The safe hasnt been working from day 1 and the customer support has been extremely slow in responding to the time that it shows that amazon will no longer accept returns and i was forced to use my own transport spend money and send the safe back for it to get replaced and only then to find out it still doesnt work. The safe isnt cheap and im surprised to see the customer service of the Brand. I am going to be speaking about their customer service to every one i know. Dear Amazon please advise how do i go ahead and get this sorted out, I wish there was a way to upload a picture or video of the issue im facing and the team of Yale just not responding

The product is great from functionality, built quality and look…unfortunately the seller has sent me an old unit which had time to develop rust!!!yes rust from the inside…reason of the 2 stars!

الخزنة وصلتني اكثر من مره مقفله ولا يمكن فتحها، استغرب من شركة كبيره مثل يال ترسل خزنات مقفله ولايمكن فتحها. لا انصح بشرائها مضيعة وقت في الاستقبال والاسترجاع.

ce produit tombe en panne complète au bout de trois ans; l'écran reste inerte, donc coffre impossible à ouvrir, même avec une pile de secours externe de qualité... sauf à la meuleuse donc en le détruisant!!! !!! et service clientèle difficile à joindre bien que réactif enduite. Pas normal que AMAZON le laisse sur son site et se lave les mains des problèmes rencontrés. C'est quasiment une arnaque de leur part. Pas sur que je reste un de leurs clients si fidèles...Service support Yale très difficile à trouver . Ils n'ont pas résolu le problème avec moi malgré divers essais. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un vice caché donc "défaut de la chose vendue" , qui selon la réglementation française est garanti au delà de la période habituelle de deux ans, ils s'en lavent les mains et refusent de rembourser. Cette société est donc MALHONNETE. Voir donc sur la photo la vraie procédure d'ouverture, généralement, après 3 ans seulement...!! Honteux pour un équipement de sûreté.

This product is designed more for profit than effectiveness. We bought in Jan 2019 via Amazon and one digit on the touchpad failed earlier this year rendering it unable to be opened and therefore useless. We contacted the supplier who confirmed it was out of warranty and shrugging their shoulders told us they was nothing they could do. Again useless. Ended up having to open it up with an angle grinder which incidentally took less than 20 minutes. Yale should be ashamed of marketing such a shoddy product. It reflects really poorly on their brand and the number of disaffected customers it produces should surely cause them to reconsider their product design approach which is clearly failing. So if you want a product that fails after two years, where you can throw your £300 down the drain buy this one. If you prefer something fit for purpose DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Kann den Tresor nicht empfehlen. Das Touchpad ist defekt und funktioniert nicht mehr. Da es keinen Schlüssel gibt, bekommen wir den Tresor nicht mehr auf. Es lassen sich leider nicht mehr alle Zahlen drücken. Absolute Katastrophe. Bei uns kann man die Zahl 8 nicht mehr drücken. Sie befindet sich aber in der PIN. Beim Hersteller habe ich den Mastercode erfragt. Der beinhaltet auch die Nr. 8. Der Safe ist kompletter Schrott.hab ihn in einer Minute mit Hammer und Meisel geöffnet.
