Very helpful before and after birth
Bought this for my wife as she is experiencing back aches and this is very effective in lessening the pain.After birth of my child, this was also helpful as my wife had a surgery. This helped her cope better as it lessen the strain on her surgery.

product is durable and with good material. however the item can extend only until 25-27 waist, so dont expect more than that.

I think it’s a bit small
It’s an okay belt. I feel like it should be bigger. I’m 165cm and 65kg so it’s almost exact for my 6 month belly, but I don’t think it will fit during my 8-9 months
