I bought for give my son in the Christmas and when open don’t work…terrible experience!!!

Not working even you put new btteries
Received it new but not working even if I bought a new set of battery. Not working at all.. My child is so disappointed. There is no even an option to return it.

I wanted to purchase a Duke Caboom for my three year old who is a massive toy story fan. I found this one on Amazon but after checking the reviews I was concerned. All of the reviews said to check the instructions so I purchased the item and made sure I did this. I told my husband that you NEED to check the instructions and it works!! It doesn’t work well on carpet and it’s tricky for my three year old to work but we work with him and he loves it! Just check the instructions!

I bought it on 25th October, and we didn't open it until today. I installed the batteries, and the remote was okay, but Duke didn't function even after changing the batteries again.
