Buen producto, yo lo uso para hacer premezclas de harinas libres de gluten y ésta de yuca me ha funcionado muy bien. La recomiendo.

packet says consuming it could expose you to lead!
no idea why this is not made clear when purchasing but there is a sticker on packet saying consuming it could expose you to chemicals including lead - a quick google suggests this is legit. I guess its made from a potato and root veggies are more suspectable to picking up chemicals in soil

Potentially toxic levels of lead
Lead content warning. I was a bit worried about this warning on the back. On further investigation it appears some cassava flours can have over 2000% the allowed amount of lead in them. For that reason I’m not risking eating it!
