I like it, it’s sturdy and well made. The only downside for me is that it’s a bit heavy, and being a tiny woman myself, I don’t know if I’ll be able to take it out on the field alone while carrying my other camera equipment.

I took a flyer on a two-pack, used them on a shoot, then bought five more. These things are no joke, they're the real deal. Light weight, but rock solid, sturdy, and built to last, Neweer has come a long way in the last few years, and I expect these light stands to last for as long as I do.

Il prezzo è modesto e le immagini poco chiare, questo prodotto NON è da confondere con altri supporto in alluminio o di bassa qualità generale. L'intero corpo è realizzato in acciaio molto pesante e resistente, in grado di reggere agilmente anche lampade molto pesanti. All'interno di ogni cilindro sono collocate delle molle. Le manopole sono di buona qualità (acciaio con impugnatura in plastica). Molto soddisfatto per soli 25€/pz che costa, gli acquisti multipli convengono ancora di più perché la coppia viene sui 40€. A queste cifre le alternative sono quasi esclusivamente spazzatura in bassa lega, poco stabili e poco funzionali.

I am an amateur enthusiast and use these stands for softboxes and speed lights (portable flash), but they would work very with a heavier studio light also. They are larger than cheaper stands, thicker, sturdier and more smooth. The feet can open quite wide so it will be stable with a heavier load. The collar at each joint seems to be made of metal rather than plastic. I recently had a cheaper one snap in half at the plastic joint connection when I was only carrying it upstairs. It knocked quite lightly against a wall and the plastic collar snapped in half. They are not air cushioned but each extension is spring cushioned/loaded so if you accidentally let the extension drop with equipment on it, it won't suffer a hard jolt and should be fine. These look quite sturdy and professional. They make my other stand look cheap and spindly in comparison. I'm sure you can pay more for better quality yet, but I don't think you can go wrong with these unless you have very heavy duty needs. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd. I should have bought the 2 pack to start with.

Je cherchais un pieds solide et pas trop cher, et bien celui-ci est PARFAIT. Au déballage, on voit tout de suite qu'on a faire à du sérieux, j'en ai commandé 2. Ils sont assez lourds et c'est déjà une marque de qualité, de solidité et de stabilité, et surtout pas un problème selon moi. Les tubes sont de bonne section : 35 / 30 / 25 mm Toutes les pièces d'assemblages sont en métal, y compris les brides de serrage. Il y a des ressorts en fond de tubes pour amortir les chocs. Autre bonne surprise, le pieds ne monte pas à 2m60 mais à 2m80, ceci en réduisant très légèrement l'écartement des pattes. Je ne suis pas pro mais amateur exigeant :-) En résumé, si comme moi, vous cherchez un pieds stable, solide et pas trop cher : achetez les yeux fermés. Ne pas y mettre quand même une octobox de 1m80 à 2m60 de haut .... :-)
