Fits good due to the style of tips

The fit for these are like others and fit okay. The issue that I have with them is the lack of the filter at the top. Most others domes will have a filter screen on them that helps protect the ear wax from entering the wax guard. Like a first line of defense. If you don't have quick ear wax build up, then it is not an issue. But for me, it increased the need to change out the wax guards more frequently. So I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of the shield.

Replacing the ear wax preventer made a 100% increase in my hearing aid

The tulip domes were as advertised but don't fit my ears. They were harder to insert into my ears and while I had them in it was like my ears were stuffed shut with something. I had not tried tulip domes before and will go back to regular domes.

There are two kinds of these domes, some hollow in center and some with a grate type filter at one end. The photo in the listing for this particular one showed the filter which is what I wanted. All the other variations of this showed they were hollow making them undesirable. If yow wear hearing aids, keeping the wax out of the appliance is vital and the filter in the little white attachment you can change and a filter in the dome is extremely helpful. Not having the filters means having to check them more often and change the two more often. Sadly, the seller of this one seems to have done a bit of bait and switch.
