Fresh flour makes fresh bread
I make my own whole wheat bread in my bread machine and it's a winner. Instead of butter I substitute extra virgin olive oil and with the whole wheat flour as fresh as UT is my breads come out sift, doesn't become dried out or become moldy. IT'S JUST GREAT TASTING BREAD BECAUSEVTHE FLOUR IS FRESH.

Best flour ever
Love this flour! It's the best I've ever used but since the pandemic I can't find it locally so had to buy it from Amazon. Double the price but worth it to get this flour.

Good Product
This flour is regarded as one of the best on the market. I agree. My only problem was availability. It was hard to find, mostly due to the pandemic. Otherwise, a good flour for bread baking.

Great for bread
I have made several loaves of bread on different styles with this and each turned out quite well.

My choice
More nutrition and food fibers. Mix with bread flour and yeast to make bread with my cast iron skillet
