The product arrived with no issues. It is ok. It does the work. But the "tool"😳😳 - when I got it in my hands and started to use it , well, it didn't really help. You'll do the job better with simply your fingers... So why bother...?

Does it clean the glasses, even if sprayed with the lens cleaner? No it does not clean the glasses just smudging the liquid all over the glasses therefore this product is ineffective. A mere gimmick, the normal cloth works so much better

The package arrived, the cleaning solution was spilled in the zip lock bag everywhere, the pads were soaked and most of the solution was at the bottom of the bag. I'd not recommend ordering this product...
