English is the sole printed language.The AC adapter is not a three pin plug which is generally used in the UK or UAE.Updated: So the product is not intended to for the Middle East market. It was meant for the US market. If anything breaks, the HP authorized dealers in UAE will not be able to fix it. (Don't ask me how I know)

Lovely machine, but caution on which supplier you use on Amazon
It's a great laptop, till it stopped working.Amazon will help by giving you contact details, however, if it was fulfilled by Amazon, you'd have better support.I have learnt that, with expensive electronics, it is worth choosing items supplied by Amazon over third parties

Battery issue and no in built MS Office
Battery is drawing and max upto 60-75 min can be used post full charge.Secondly, no inbuilt MS office in laptop. This is expensive and seems no beneficial looking at both issues pointed here.

Good laptop
08.10.2024 update. After a major software update in september it simply failed. 2 weeks ago died and was not posible to restart it. This laptop is using Intel chip which looks like has problems. I still like HP's laptops but this one was not the best. Next time AMD will replace Intel in all my decisions.In the last 15 years I have used only HP Elitebook, a business laptop and a private one, and I can not say that is perfect but for me is. I'm not using the laptop for playing games. The laptop arrived from US and had to order also a european plug, so few EUR more but is really not expensive.Between EU version and US version are few differences. For EU version I found only with max 16GB but the US version has also 32GB. Another difference I found is that comparing with my business laptop, for this one I do not have Bang&Olufsen sound and missing some sensors but I can live without them. For this 14" variant I do not like where is the power button is next to delete button and you may press by wrong the power button instead of delete, but in time I think that you can learn and avoid this. What I really like is that the connectivity is great, I have even an ethernet port but only one USB-C and 3 time USB-A which is useless in my opinion. I would prefer it 3xUSB-C and zero USB-AArrived with Windows 10 Pro but the update to W11 was available immediatelyBattery is not great but this is common for all HP's laptops. Anyway, overall I like the laptop
