Sweet but spicy super sauce!

Smokey, kind of hot (could have been hotter) and sweet (could have been slightly less sweet) but after trying Tabasco's chipotle that trastes like chimichurri, this rocked my world. I think I'm ready to make my own and sell It 😂

Not spicy, but still delicious. Woody, smokey, sweet, with just a tiny hint of spice. Would have loved it if it had a thicker consistency.

Description: Don't expect it to be a hot chilli sauce - it's Chipotle! Chipotle is a smoked, mild pepper with heat similar to that of the Espelette pepper, jalapeño, Guajillo chili, Hungarian wax pepper, Anaheim pepper and Tabasco sauce. On a scale of 1-5 (where 5 is the hottest chilli) it scores 2. Medium On the Scoville scale it measures 2500–8000 SHU Contents: This sauce contains only 3% Chipotle, so it's actually 97% NOT Chipotle sauce. (My previous brand is 57% Chipotle). The adobado sauce is tasty, and compliments the smoky Chipotle well. Packaging: The bottle and label are very handsome and well-designed. It arrived intact, with no damage at all, which is more than can of be said for my first wife. Flavour: The flavour is OK, but a little disappointing because, as I said, only 3% Chipotle. Conclusion: It's neither a bad nor a good product, but it's certainly acceptable... If only it contained more that 3% Chipotle, I would give it a full marks.
