These tablets for me definitely worked. They really stopped my sugar cravings. If I went out for a meal, I'd take a tablet (as instructed) and where I'd eat a dessert at the end of a meal, like a cheese platter, cake, floater coffee etc...my cravings were gone. Instead I found myself drinking peppermint tea instead. I'd didn't fancy a big meal either. So would not order a starter or have a small meal portion.

Very effective
These tablets have stopped my sugar cravings and help me to feel full ... just as they say. They even small nice when you take them. I would definitely recommend them and much better than another brand that I've taken before. I've really noticed the difference :-)
