I would normally get a Small/Medium in most pads, but with POC I am going to now get the Large. It seems like a high quality and very protective pad. Comfort and fit were spot on as usual for POC (5'8" @ 162lbs) and they extended far enough down the shin to protect from getting hit with a pedal. The padding is effective against impact and molds to your leg quite well. The guards have stayed in position regardless on my antics on the trail and jumping.
