I bought my first set at Costco and loved them so much that I got my next two sets on Amazon. We have a 3 way wraparound porch and 3 sets go all the way around it perfectly. I've had them up in PA weather and they are still working. I'm having some trouble syncing them because I didn't download the app on my phone but my Fiances iPhone. I don't get to mess with it enough to have time to make it work. I use the 3 control boxes on my 3 sets to sync the colors and they work fine that way. There are multiple settings and I like that I can use red for Valentines day, multi-color for Easter, red and green for Xmas, and red, white, and blue for a couple holidays. They even have the white option when you just need to see a little better outside on our porch.Overall these lights seem sturdy and weatherproof. I wish that I had the rime and energy to get them to work from my phone, but they work even if you don't have them hooked up. The Smart feature is a nice touch. Maybe this summer when the PA weather finally startes to be less insane I will sit outside and program them correctly.

Only half the string connects to the app after a rain storm. The last half 6 bulbs just continues to blink. Researched this problem and I found out this is common. Bummed since I own 3 strings to complete my house. For $100 I would think it would work longer than 10 months.UPDATE: contacted customer service (very easy) via email and within 3 hours I was emailed back. They sent me 2 additional light switches to swap out (free). Unfortunately, this did not work. I emailed the company back and they sent me a replacement set at no cost to me. The company stood by their product. Customer service was responsive and easy to work with. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Product failed but the company did the right thing.

I must say these lights really amaze me! From the moment I picked them up on my front porch. The weight of them was impressive. I was reluctant on spending $130 on a set of lights, but now I am so happy I pulled the trigger! I unboxed them and WoW! A very good quality item! The cord is thick, The bulbs are solid. My fiance was really impressed and loved them also! That is a PLUS! I couldn't wait to get them hung on my screened in deck. I got the 48 ft set. Very easy to hang. Could be done with hooks, but I chose to use screws because I will never take them down. They were the perfect length for what I needed! It took me about an hour+ to hang them because I am a perfectionist and they needed to be just right! After they were hung and plugged in it took less than 5 minutes to get set up with the app and programmed to go on and off on a schedule. I do believe these complaints about the app not working or not being able to connect are from people who just aren't technologically intuitive or just didn't have patience and take the time to go through the instructions thoroughly. It really was simple.A friend of mine came over shortly after getting them hung and asked where I got them! I told him how much they were and that didn't matter to him...He loved them also! I have a feeling he will be getting a set! (Any perks for referring a friend?)I normally never give anything a 5 star rating unless I am completely impressed! This set of lights deserve a 5 star in my opinion. Granted this is on the first day of owning the item. Time will tell if I keep it a 5 star! For now...Definitely!Definitely worth the money! Without a doubt in my mind! Pull the trigger! I doubt you will be disappointed!The pictures that I added include a set of discontinued Atomi Smart white lights on the cieling. They are brighter than the smart color lights.

Bought three strands, one worked right away with no issues. The second I could never get to connect, so I exchanged for the same item. The third connected and worked for about a month (just long enough to be outside of the return window), then the smart feature died. They will not enter pairing mode no matter what I try. They either stay on 24/7 or off 24/7. So basically it's a regular set of string lights that I could buy for $10. Don't waste your money!

Hung these around our pool fence. So much fun playing with the colors to support a holiday or my teams. Have actually had them about 3 years surviving Michigan winters and this was an additional. The boards in each bulb seem to corrode easier than I'd like, but they're easy enough to replace if you have a spare string. I ended up with an extra thinking one was shot, then realized it was just the little board. The bad one will throw off any others downstream, so replace the first wonky one and the rest will be just fine. I've probably swapped out 4-5 in 3 years and about 200 ft of lights.

Love these lights, have the spot lights too. Love being able to change the theme on the app. Only wish I could customize more but the options are still good.

I've only had these lights installed a couple days and I actually don't have permanent wiring to them yet. Just finished my gazebo and the 48' long light string was a perfect fit. I wasn't real sure how to rate the brightness due to that is probably a personal preference. I think there are brighter lights but these were just right for me. They look very durable and I expect they will last a very long time. The bulbs to me are actually mini globes for each light. In each socket there is a small LED that shines down into the globe. The globe is a thick acrylic plastic that is certainly durable and very clear. I might need a Wi-Fi booster to add to my internet connection or I might not know enough to hook it up. Either way I'll get one of the kids to help me with that. There is a control box built-in that has several lighting options and an on/off button so Wi-Fi is not totally necessary. However there are a lot more features that can be performed by the app.

I have 4 strings now. Works well with the App and Alexa. 2.4ghz only.
