Quick shipment good tasting beans
Great quick shipment. Overall beans are good quality. Some inconsistencies with bean size which leads to uneven roast. Great flavor though.

2 bags were Brown coffee beans? Tasted aweful
I bought the starter pack. The Columbian and Mexican were good and green beans. The Indian Monsoon and Sumantra were brown beans ? Does this mean they are old or improperly process ? IDK, but what I do know is the Indian Monsoon tasted aweful and the Sumantra wasnt far behind that ... but was "okay" If the company wants to make it right I can update my feedback reflecting their customer service .. UPDATE: Contacted them via their website and Customer service was AWESOME they bent over backwards as the saying goes, to replace those 2 bags of coffee and they did it with another flavor. I was nice and polite but still a pain in the backside a little and they still continuted to make sure I was satisfied. AMAZING to see that anymore in this world. Because of this I increased my feedback by one star .. Also, I was informed that sometimes some unroasted beans are more brown than green. But for me, they have always tasted different and a bit "off" , even with other companies. Mustjust be a personal taste thing.

I'm updating my first review.
I've been roasting for years. For some reason the first two bags I have started roasting do not shed husks or very little. The flavor is ok. They are more of a tan color that the green which I am use to. The size of the one bag of beans is not uniform. Talked with a professional roaster who said beans can vary in color and how much husk they shed. Ive only tried 2 of the 4 bags. Flavor is ok. I'll do a further review as I get into all four bags.
