When I opened this product, the inside of the lid was covered in clear liquid (water?) which was resting on the product safety lid. Is this normal?

It’s been very hot outside so it probably did have some clear liquid on top

Can this be use for oily skin?

I have combination skin and I love it. My forehead is oily and it doesn't create more oil or clog my pores.
