I'm pretty sure I didn't receive a Medium and that is frustrating
This coat is massive for a medium. I may have received a genuinely mistaken 'Large' with a 'Medium' tag on, but it ruined the purchase and made the coat look utterly stupid when wearing it. Other than that, it would have been a decent coat, if not made for 6'2ft Wrestlers with Power Lifting Physiques and moon size heads. (Once again, a coat with a terrible hood. Tight round the chin, so it can't be closed as it was designed to do smh, but so much vertical space in the head, that it doesn't actually sit on the head very well, or cover you properly, unless your forehead, is bigger than your face). You literally have to be a Yeti to fit in the one I received. Medium, my hairy tocks.Thankfully, once reported, it was swiftly dealt with by Amazon and an immediate refund arranged, so can't grumble there. They were great with my concerns. However, I can grumble about the time it normally takes one to order something, wait for the delivery, find it's not right, send it back and then wait further for a refund. I think the whole process is far too long and leaves people in a position totally out of pocket, wasting time, but with no actual product to show for it. Sometimes longer. Because of the system in place, it becomes imperative that vendors send out the correct items when ordered. There's no room for mistakes and there shouldn't be when retailing small-medium scale. It puts me off internet shopping, because it happens regularly. Whereas, I could go to the actual shops, try it on, feel it, taste it, smell it... ultimately decide on it the same day and be happy. You can't do that with Amazon products, so when they turn up incorrect, or not fit for purpose, it's a pain in the posterior reversing it all. This has to be reviewed as a company policy. Some vendors are not taking the time to ensure that what is sent out, is what was actually ordered. I waited nearly a week for two products, this included, and both were not satisfactory and required the drawn-out process of returning items due to vendor error. Now if I am wrong... I apologise. However, if the coat I received was a genuine 'Medium', then I kindly request to see photos of the base model used when measuring the coat? That base model, will not be a 'medium' - I guarantee it.I'm Medium, the most medium skunk you will come across. Always have been. It's just my build. I could even put on some kilos and fill out a sports Medium which tend to be bigger. I'm definitely not small and can't buy large, because they are too big for my lean frame. I'm Athletic in build and healthily lean. That's why I know this is not Medium. It was more like a tent, Large or XLarge, rendering the notion of a 'windproof, weatherproof winter coat' redundant, as there was too much space between my body and the coat. Heat escapes everywhere and I might as well go out in a jumper and to hell with it.Internet shopping.. what an utter pullarva.Pair = one.Size 10 = 14.Unisex = Made for Canines.Medium means Large.Thin = kinda thin, ok not thin at all. Just gain weight plus postage. It's 'Asian' size. (What a load of cack!!!!!)Black = Charcoal Green with Pink Stripes, but looks black in the photo that doesn't look anything like it.I can't keep up and long live the high street. Internet shopping is for people with patience, time and otherwordly tolerance in their locker. Me? I can't stand being messed about by people who were lucky to be given my money in the first place. I want what it says on the tin, not what it doesn't say. I pay for what I want and expect clear advertising in the description. There should be no confusion, no international sizes that don't make sense, no small print, no subtext, no 'lighted' pictures. Give me what I ordered and if it's black, then send out a black one. Isn't it amazing, how internet vendors, cannot do this basic guff?

That I get what I expected
My purchase ws to replace a similar coat that I've had for many years. I was delighted to find that it was just what I wanted in fit and quality. The downside for me ( if it can be called a downside ) is that most of the pockets and the hood had velcro closures whereas my current coat is all zips. Apart from that it is a very good coat cosy and warm and an excellent fit.

Fantastic warm stylish coat/jacket
I ordered this for my brother and it is 'absolutely fabulous', stylish and warm; i love the grey fur lining and detachable hood. Looks great on and expensive. Great price, great jacket. I would definitely recommend this; lots of practical pockets for storage of valuable items. Honestly, you cannot go wrong! My brother loved it!

Good value
A good winter coat for £40 I thought too good to be true but I was wrong. The coat fits great with plenty of pockets and a detachable hood. I have now been out in the cold weather three times and am very impressed with how good it is. At this price, you cannot go wrong

Does what it says on the tin
This jacket is made reasonably well with plenty of pockets and fits perfect. I am a UK medium size normally, but I usually go for the next size up ,which in this case was L (large). Usually far east stuff is too small but this was ok. The quality is average with the usual refinements that you find on a more expensive jacket. Waterproofing is good, but it has not had a wash yet. Very pleased with this product for the price. Would buy again.

Put in a better quality zip please
I bought two of these jackets for my husband as he does outdoor work. He was so chuffed with the first one I bought a second for a spare. The zip broke on the first one after 2weeks and the second jacket zip broke on the 2nd day. For an otherwise excellent quality jacket the zipper is poor and needs replacing with a better quality one.
