very easy to use, just open the package and drop it in my humidifier, will get again when I need to refill

This product did not reduce the white dust for us. The humidifier we are using is a typical sized room humidifier, it is new and had only been used once prior to purchasing these capsules. There was no build up in the tank. I've tried using 2 capsules, running the water through a Brita filter (even though I read this does nothing for mineral content) and only using the humidifier on a low setting. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of one is that we have well water, but we also have a very "real" water softening system. It's not a softener purchased from a big box store, it's heavy duty so it *should* be doing a decent job. However, perhaps our water is just so horrible that there's no help for it. The reviews should have been a bit of a red-flag. Most were posted in a very narrow time frame, are 5 stars and are very brief. Generally, this leads one to believe they are not genuine and a company offered a free or drastically reduced product in exchange for a positive review or had their employees post reviews. I might be way off on this, but it happens. If anyone has found a product that works well, I'd love to hear about it.

This is a more economical way to purchase filters. They arrived as advertised and quickly.

These are great to use in any humidifier to stop the white dust. Works great.

They function the same as other demineraliztion pods at a fraction of the cost. I live in the desert where it's very dry and they have worked well.

Having ordered these in the past with no issues, this latest box I received is terrible. Every other one I have used has been defective. Creates a bad smell in my humidifier after one tank filling. End up pulling it out and replacing it. Very disappointed.
