Non-irritating
Doesn’t make skin flake or red. Works quickly. Sadly, it doesn’t blend with my make-up, so I wear it just at night. I just use it as a spot-treatment and over blackhead areas too. One of my favorite acne products.

Good sulfur spot cream
For me, sulfur spot creams work better than other ingredients and without the drying effects. But they're hard to find. After Mychelle discontinued their amazing version, I tried a couple of others and was unimpressed. This one is very good. If I put it on at night, normal pimples are better by morning and a day later they are mostly gone. And most importantly it does work overnight to stop the cystic kind from developing. No drying or reactions. There's a bit of sulfur scent if you put your nose right up to it, but I don't smell it when it's on my face. This is a good European brand that I trust and I will continue purchasing it as long as they don't discontinue it!

Amazing!
This absolutely worked! I had an evil spot on my face that was there for over 5 days, painful, red, inflamed…I put this on and within 24 hours the spot is nearly completely gone.It burned just a little when I applied it but let me tell you…totally did the job!

Very effective
I put a small amount on pimple and it is hardly visible after application but very effective. The smell is ok. All Sulphur products smell the same is just a nature of the product. I recommend it.

Worsened my Rosacea
I’m devastated to report that after years of my rosacea improving, this product caused me a horrible rash and flair up all around my face. Now extremely red, itchy with bumps, and I’m horrified at how bad my rosacea relapsed w this product. If u do get there, do a TEST strand ONLY. I know sulphur helps me a lot but something in the product just destroyed my skin and set my healing journey back to YEARS ago. Also, the smell was wild. I smelled like eggs or a fart and it lingers even after you wash it off. But if it the product worked, I wouldn’t have worked through the smell.

If you have dry skin, beware, it will break your skin barrier
I used the slightest amount possible of this because I know what it's like when you put on too much tretinoin and was told this was similar and that very little would go a long way. Also because I have dry skin and sulfur is VERY drying. However, I had broken out with perioral dermatitis from stress and when trying to find easy fixes while waiting forever for a dermatologist appointment, I watched as many Youtube videos on the skin issue as I could and one derm recommended this.I'm sure it's lovely for people with oily skin but this BURNED the moment I put it on. Like, whole face on fire get it off get it off kinda reaction. I had to remove it immediately. I know all about how not to break your skin barrier and mine, at the time, was perfectly fine. I'm new to this dermatitis issue so perhaps it stays raw all the time, but nothing I had done to my face prior to using this would have prepared me for that intense of a reaction. No open wounds, not harshly scrubbed, just freshly/gently washed skin. Still, like anyone putting "medicine" on a wound, the doc said this could help so I tried it a few more times that week... neither of the other two times burned as badly, but my skin really really disliked it and I could only tolerate it on my face for about 20 minutes before I would gently wash it off. In the end, I stopped using it all together - I did continue trying the Joseof sulfur soap but a few days later my skin barrier was wrecked and my GP said to stop using both, that they were clearly damaging my skin and not healing the spots I was using them for.I hope this works for others but if you dry skin, stay away. It's not for us. And I can't imagine this being for sensitive skin with how mine reacted, since I don't really have sensitive skin... but everyone is different. I hoped, I tested, I learned. Just be careful. Best of luck on whatever you're using it for.
