I purchased this for my son. When I received the box was opened. It didn't look like anything was damaged. My son wanted the regular controller not the joy ones. We thought this came with it. Nevertheless, we returned it. We had to pay shipping to get this returned. A week or so later we received a refund for $260.00 less! I was accused of stealing a 2000 vbucks download code. We never seen a download code. Nor did we open the actual game box. So we are out 300 bucks, which is the price for a switch by itself. Never been accused of stealing something I know nothing about. And the value of 2000 v bucks is surely not 300 bucks. Lesson learned. Never buy System on Amazon. If I purchased at a store. I would have known it was open and not purchased it.
