Q: How does this compare to the Schwinn Airdyne AD6 model?

This bike claims to be for commercial use but ours was broken in a few months. Never used an AD6 but the older model Schwinn Airdynes we have are still going strong. Lifecore has HORRIBLE customer service too. Their bike was a piece of garbage and broke in a few months (or it was already broken/defective when it arrived). They would not replace it so we're left with a $1000 piece of trash. Stick with Schwinn.

Q: Does this include a heart rate monitor? I see a button on the display for it, but it's not obvious how this works.

The Assault airbike does not come with a heart rate monitor, but is equipped with a heart rate sensor, so it is compatible with Polar chest straps. Thank you,
