Q: What is the difference between 150-Silver and 166-Silver?

166 is more “white” where the 150 has some brown and black flecks in.

Q: How high is the heel actually? Looking at the picture the heel doesn’t look like it could possibly be 2 1/2 actual inches high.

The heel is 2 1/2 inches high. I measured it just to be sure.

Q: I'm a 7.5 for every shoe and I was wondering what size I should get these in because I've got neither narrow nor wide feet

I bought 7.5 too. They are okay, a little tight in the toes. Might go a half size larger just in case.
