IT WORKS!
My GE dishwasher is 15 years old and it's still runs good but the tines are all rusted and created burnt holes in the pots and pans. It also created rust marks on ALL of my plates and bowls. Instead of buying a new dishwasher, I tried these caps. 100pcs didn't quite cut it, there are a total of 112 tines in the dishwasher. These caps are perfect fit, and it stays snug. It has been 2 months now. I run the dishwasher 2-3x a week. It works wonders! Caps stayed on and no more rust mark on my dishes.

Fits Miele dishwasher
These fit on my Miele dishwasher tines. Easy to put on. Bought these after another did not fit.

Works great
We had a dishwasher that the tops of the rack were rusting out so we purchased these to cover that. We eventually got a new rack but used these to cover the tops of each piece to prevent from rusting. They work great.

Good quality solution but somewhat hard to apply
These prong cover tips are good quality. However I found them difficult to fit down over the prongs of my dishwasher rack. I had to really work at each one to get it pressed all the way down. I tried using different tools to help but my fingers were still the best solution - took quite a while and made my thumb quite sore after pressing a few dozen of these on.

Dishwasher looks like new
Our dishwasher is only 3 years old but the tines were getting ridiculously rusted. Honestly it made me mad every time I loaded and unloaded the thing. I was looking into purchasing new racks when I stumbled upon these tine prong covers. Who knew these existed! It's the perfect inexpensive fix for rusted tines. If I could go back I would put these on as soon as we bought the dishwasher. Some of the tines were so messed up (had expanded and started splitting) that I had to cut the rubber tips a bit to get them on. For the ones that weren't so bad off, the plastic pieces slid right over the tines with ease.It's been a month and so far so good! I like that the color matches the dishwasher gray and I LOVE not seeing those rusting nasty tines anymore.

Warning—Caused Major Damage!
I never leave reviews, but I had to warn others. These came apart and got lodged deep inside my dishwasher hose. We couldn’t clean it out, and now I need a $200 repair for a $300 dishwasher that’s only a year old. This product caused way more harm than it’s worth. Save yourself the trouble!

75% Effective
I had high hopes for these! Our dishwasher is older and the tips of the rack pegs have worn off their plastic and are starting to rust. These covers were easy to install, but don’t all seem to stay in place. Each time I empty the dishwasher, I find a few in the bottom. I realize they are being knocked off when I remove the dishes, but I think they do fit a little too loose. (We have a Whirlpool dishwasher for reference.) Maybe they will fit your dishwasher rack better than mine? Hard to say. It was worth a try for the price, but at some point I’m going to tire of picking them out of the bottom of the dishwasher…
