Whether you're a heavy sleeper or deaf/hard of hearing, this is a great clock. I'm hard of hearing and sleep on my "good" side. I have always found it difficult to wake to alarm clocks without oversleeping by more than 15 minutes (sometimes an hour!). While the beeping on this clock isn't loud enough to wake me, the buzzing and vibration from the pillow shaker certainly does without fail! In fact the vibration starts a split second before the beeping does. I like the fact that I can choose between vibration, alarm sound or both. It's nice to switch to vibration only on mornings my husband doesn't need to get up before me. This clock also has TWO alarms which is nice when I want to set a second alarm if I should happen to take a nap.... I won't be messing with my primary alarm. There is also a 24 hour cancel button, as well as just turning the alarm off. The snooze is nice & big. The only part I found difficult about the alarm is turning it on...once you press one of the alarm buttons and the time starts to flash, you need to press it again to turn the alarm on. To turn the alarm off, press & hold until the alarm indicator is off. Another great feature is the DST button!!! If you live in an area that changes the clocks forward & backward in spring & fall this great feature makes time change FAST and EASY! Just press the DST button and you move either forward or backward one hour. When in DST time, the DST indicator will be on. Just be sure that when you set the time that you do it right...when you press DST to turn off DST time, your new time will roll back one hour. I love it!!! Setting the regular time and alarms was pretty easy as well...just move through the hour and minutes individually...no need to cycle through the entire 24 hours just to get the exact time (then hope you don't go over a few minutes & need to start over!). Only cycling through 12 numbers twice for hours and 60 numbers for minutes. It's a breeze the way it ought to be! Another added thing that's nice to have is a USB port in the back for plugging in things to be charged. I have my cell phone charger plugged in. I don't know how long it takes to charge because I charge overnight. One other downside is the numbers are VERY bright even on level 1 (levels 1-5). I put mine on level 1 then simply flip my clock over on its face to block out the light. IF I want to see the time at night, I just lift it to glance at it. However, during the day, I turn it to level 3 or higher and it's easy to see the blue numbers across the room. This is also quite flat and very easy to pack in a suitcase for traveling. Just plug it in to an electrical outlet. One thing I suggest is slipping the vibration cord through a paper binder then clipping the binder to the head or side edge of the to of mattress so that your vibration device doesn't fall off the mattress & go all the way to the floor when you adjust your pillows or fall off if you are inclining an adjustable bed. IF you have a muscle aches, put the vibration where it hurts & run the vibration alarm (not the noise alarm) for a few seconds. It's been 2 or 3 weeks and this clock hasn't failed to wake me yet.

I have a lot of problems sleeping at night so when I finally get to sleep, I am a very deep sleeper this alarm. Clock is absolutely amazing. It has two alarms that will go off at two different settings and the vibration is unbelievable. It shakes my whole bed. I finally found something That will get me up without a problem.

I bought this product because we ran into the problem that my wife had to wake up and pump in the middle of the night but our baby was starting to sleep thru the night. Every time my wife's alarm would go off it would wake up the baby and we would have to spend 30 minutes getting the baby back to sleep. This product is great we put the vibrating puck under the matress and it wakes us both up no problem without waking the baby. It is still somewhat loud but quit enough that the baby doesn't wake up. I also like the fact it has the option to set two alarms because my wife has to wake up twice during the night and does not have to change the alarm ever time. Also you can turn the display all the way down to where it is barely visible which I am a huge fan off because I hate any sort of light in the room while I sleep. BE WARNED if you are buying this for a loud alarm clock that is where I think it falls short it is no louder than a typical alarm clock in my opinion our cellphone alarms are louder than this, but if you are buying it for the vibration to wake you up it's totally worth the money and I love that you can either have both the vibration and sound on or just the vibration.

I cover my head to cover up my grandsons gaming all night and somethings don't hear my alarm to take my medication. This helps.

When I received my clock and Shaker the Shaker had a broken wire and didn't work. I called customer service with the problem. They had a new Shaker ordered and sent to me the next day. I am very hard of hearing and the bed Shaker does its job and wakes me up when the alarm goes off

I have a hearing impairment and don't sleep with my hearing aid, so I need something to help me wake up. The buzzer works _ but it doesn't "shake the bed" as imagined. It's like putting your phone on buzzer under your pillow. The display is great, and I like that you can change it from low to bright. But was a bit hard at first to set it up, but finally got it to work. (Buttons did not perform at first). For the price, it's okay. The alarm is not as loud as I expected, and slept through it. It is also NOT battery operated - You must keep it plugged in an electric outlet with annoying cords. (The battery is there just to keep you losing your settings in case of a power outage.) I would prefer cordless. Next time I will pay attention more to the specs. It still is functional and I use it with the buzzer under my pillow since I don't wake up to the alarm.

I ordered this for my grandmother after her alarm clock she had for years quit working. She called laughing the next day saying not only was it super loud but the vibrating pad shook her out of the bed. The brightness of the screen is bright enough she doesn't a night light to be able to see her way to the bed after turning the lights out or when/if she needs to get up in the middle of the night for any reason. I was afraid it would startle her when the alarm went off the next morning but being that her hearing had gotten worse as well as her eye sight over the past several years she absolutely loves it!

Stopped working after 4 days of use :”( It was great while it lasted just a shame that I now have to return it and buy a different brand

We bought this alarm clock for my mother in law who is blind and almost deaf without her hearing aides. Once we programmed the clock, it was easy to teach her how to turn the alarm on/off. She places the vibrating portion under her pillow and it wakes her every morning. Great purchase!

O produto só funciona ligado na tomada, apesar de ter lugar parar colocar pilha mas não funciona. Eu precisaria que funcionasse com as pilhas o que me deixou desapontada. Mas o produto vibra bem
