I have been using for weeks now and I'm really feeling the aches are seldom there anymore. I have been experiencing sun deprivation symptoms recently so I decided to take Vit D. Its a good choice for me. Vitamin D is a vital factor in ensuring that your muscles and organs, such as your heart, lungs, brain and liver work efficiently. I hope this review helps other people too. The only downside is that I when I opened the bottle the capsules are stucked together. Its a little difficult to separate them.

Item arrived as a sticky mess inside the sealed bottle. Soft gels fused together along with the cotton packing. Seller doesn't accept returns, so discarding.
