AvanaSuper Slant Bed Wedge Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Tencel Cover, King

We have a Tempurpedic mattress. It slides a bit too easily (even under a mattress cover that covers it and connects to the bottom of the mattress). I would have preferred a bit more of an incline. The transition from the bottom of this item and the mattress is a little uncomfortable. It did not smell from the moment it was unwrapped. But, all in all it does the job I bought it for.

I was diagnosed with acid reflux (GERD) many years ago and put boards under the head of my bed. Within a week or so, I had to remove them because I kept sliding down the bed and it was just uncomfortable. When my husband's doctor told him he needed to do the same recently, I refused and said we would find some other way. That's when I searched and found this wedge pillow. We are both excited that this particular pillow goes across the entire bed. We have a king sized bed and the pictures are accurate. There's only about 1-1/2 to 2 inches on each side of the mattress that isn't covered by the pillow. As with all memory foam products, when you lay on them they give and take the shape of your body, but so far this product has been springing back and is affording us a good night's sleep.We started out by putting the wedge under the fitted sheet, but even though our sheets are the deep fitted ones, we found that it worked better when we switched to just wrapping it in a flat sheet. It isn't a requirement to do so because the cover is very comfortable and can be removed and washed in the machine. I just don't like the idea of removing it so often and washing it, so we decided wrapping it in a flat sheet was better for us.I sometimes still slide down a bit in bed, but it's easy to get back in place and this pillow is so comfortable that I really don't mind repositioning. I will say that it took about a week to a week and a half to get used to it, so don't be discouraged. I purposefully waited to review this product until my husband and I could use it for a few weeks to make sure how it would work. Both of us are very pleased with our purchase. It appears to be working for the acid reflux and it is very comfortable. We definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for acid refluxI tried it on top of Matress and kept sliding down in bed I but it under the Matress and it's better but not comfortable where it ends it is not comfortable in back areaIt is well made but not comfortable for me

Finally a full length/ width-wise (king size bed) wedge pillow. It just like the individual wedge pillow except it goes across the bed as if it was too pillow. (perfect for couple sleeping). I had been looking for one of these for a while and this one is better than expected. Very comfortable to sleep on either on your back or on your side. That being said it did take a couple days of getting use to it even though I am use to sleeping on a wedge pillow. That could be because it is memory form and my other one was not. My boyfriend says he has a hard time sleeping on his side but I think that may be due to his pillow. He is also new to sleeping on a wedge. I have had my pillow for about 3 weeks now and so far I love it. You can sleep on it with a pillow or without. My reflux seems to totally be gone as I have even stopped taking my prilosec for about 10 days now and I have not had any flare ups. My boyfriend has also not been complaining about my snoring either so perhaps its helping in that area too, (unless he is just used to it now or loves me enough to not complain anymore.. LOL) All in all this wedge pillow is awesome, I would recommend it to anyone looking to relieve their acid reflux, snoring and even back pain (I got this because my boyfriend was always complaining about his back hurting in the morning when he would wake p hence he could not sleep late on the weekends. He said his back pain seems to have been alleviated and thanks the pillow for that.)

I had a large brain tumor removed and can’t lay flat or it feels like my head will explode. I was worried about coming home and not having the support like the hospital bed would provide. I also didn’t want to get a wedge that was just for one side of the bed in fear that I would roll off in the middle of the night. I was happy to find this whole bed wedge. I was still hesitant that it wouldn’t be enough of an incline. With my pillow it was perfect!! And found that if I wanted more or less of an incline, I could move up or down on the wedge. I also felt very secure knowing that there wasn’t an edge to roll off and I could move in any direction. Highly recommend for those that have had brain surgery and can’t lay flat.

This purchase was a huge mistake and - even though my request to return it has been approved - the instructions and COSTS for returning it are not acceptable. The wedge is not comfortable. I do not recommend it and it’s extremely difficult (and not free) to return it.

I absolutely love this. We've been talking about getting an adjustable bed, but they are so expensive, I didn't want to do it until we were ready for a new mattress so we could do individual adjustments. Plus I wanted to make sure that it would really make a difference. It totally does. The first night I noticed that my husband wasn't tossing and turning like he usually does and no snoring (that in itself is worth the price) We're both sleeping better, I used to wake up several times a night, now only once, if at all. So glad I tried it. Love, love, love this and have already recommended to my brother and sister in law. I had seen some reviews that said there was an odor, I did not notice any and neither did hubby and he usually does. I opened it midday when it arrived and we slept on it the first night. Hubby has thanked me many times for ordering it.

We are vey happy with our full king width wedge pillow. It is a high quality product. The bamboo fabric cover is beautiful and the suede microfiber bottom keeps it from moving. We wrap and cover ours with a queen size bed sheet to protect it and so we can wash the sheet weekly. They do not make a replacement cover for this model so, I highly recommend covering it with a sheet. Removing its bamboo/suede cover weekly for washing would be very difficult. The pillow comes compressed in a plastic roll so you will not be receiving an extremely large package. We live at 7000ft elevation and the pillow expanded quickly and fully.

Works well. Just that it is not sloped as it seems in the picture. It is, however, about 18 cm high on the higher end as stated in the description.

It took me a few days to get used to it but am now loving It! Also has helped with my acid reflux.

helped alot with my old sinking mattress. I no more need to buy a new mattress now.

Tried it out for several weeks. Kept sliding down on the bed. Gave up on the wedge.

It takes a couple of days to get used to, but comfortable and does not slip. Good quality product.
