MetaRest actually gets me to sleep! Other herbal sleep remedies I try either don't work for me, or even have an opposite reaction on me and makes me jittery (which seems very strange). I even tried melatonin and kava root separately (which are in MetaRest) but they never worked for me. But it must be the way MetaRest's ingredients are combined with a good healthy dose of B6 that they must work so well together!! On the nights I need a sleep aid, it helps me (and my husband when needed) fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. I feel like I've been in a deep sleep when I wake up, but I feel very rested for the day! Amazing relief after trying so many other types of supplements that failed for me over the years. I bought our MetaRest last year directly from the manufacturing company, but am happy to see that Amazon carries it. I was searching for MetaRest online for my brother and saw it here. Thought I'd go ahead and share my opinion now in case there are any sleep sufferers out there like us. Hope this works for you too!

I bought this a while back and am still taking it. The value is good for what you get.

And tolerable taste is much better than most on the market taste more like chlorella & a bit of sour c it's a combination taste that works especially after trying to swallow ones that taste of pure sulfur. I feel wonderful on it it's a must for MCAS & histamine intolerance. Without any added fillers.

One thing I am happy about, is that I learned about Vitamin C. Ascorbic Acid is NOT natural. Potassium Ascorbate, like this product here, is the natural Vitamin C. You can take more than recommended without having any difficulties. I usually take 2,000-3,000 a day. I will continue to order this when I run out.

Good quality for a good price. I regularly do fasting and it makes the experience much more enjoyable. However, I wish this brand had electrolytes more geared towards fasting, as this formula does lack adequate sodium and potassium, which I have to add in separately.

I have been taking this for years and it does not upset my stomach as many other vitamin C capsules do. I accidently ordered a liposomal vitamin C and it gave me stomach pains. This works great without the burning.
