This is a very comfortable, soft pad that you will not even realize is there. There is adhesive on the COMPLETE backing of the pad, which is amazing!!! I'm not sure if it is clear or not, but as you can see Pic 3, the paper you pull off covers the entire back of the pad. I love this because it literally does not move. It sticks the pad from top to bottom and side to side. Unlike pads that only have the adhesive down the center strip, this pad does not make that "narrow arrow" shape on the back of the pad when your underwear finds its way between those cheeks (for those ladies blessed with ample backsides). And since the entire pad is securely stuck down, you won't "pull it up" in the back with said cheeks. (Big bottom girls know what I'm referring to.) Makes me wonder why all pads don't come with this edge-to-edge adhesive rather than the ineffective strip down the middle. My only complaint is that it is not long enough. While it is longer than a typical liner, I thought that the designation of "Long" would mean a much longer pad. As you can see on Pic 1, it is just under 7 inches. So I remedied this by using two, with the second one slightly overlapped, as shown in Pic 2. If someday a company makes a liner with full adhesion on the back, that is 12 inches or longer, buy stock in that company! They are going to make a fortune... just from me!!!

I love these pads they stay where they're put They're great for little leaks or outbursts from laughing or coughing. I have never had a leak outside the pad and I do more than just small spurts and they come in different sizes If you're looking for the right pad this is it They're great for urine or light menstrual

These are described as "Long", but they are 1.5" shorter than Carefree. They are no longer than most other brands "regular". They do have a good adhesive and are absorbent for their small size.
