Instant Pot Star Wars™ Duo™ 6-Qt. Pressure Cooker, Darth Vader™

My ex roommate had one, and I liked them, but now I live in a tiny studio, so I was hesitant to buy it. Black Friday came, so I thought it's the best deal of the year. I will figure out the space issue. I accidentally bought the 3QT version, simply because I had no idea there are different sizes, and did not pay attention. I am so happy I did. This is fantastic for a single person. It depressurizes in 15 to 20 minutes, unlike the big ones that take 40+ when you cook just for yourself. Plus it is so much easier to store, and when you live in a tiny studio, it really matters!Bonus points for the design to any Star Wars fans. BB8 is cute!

This is a good little instantpot for a single person or small family. I'm kicking myself for not buying this while I was in college. I spend a lot less on buying food that can cook just as quickly as microwaving a bunch of stuff. The stainless steel internal pot is not as stainless as I would like, in that food very often sticks and gets stuck on it, but that can be dealt with. The star wars theme is just a sticker on the body of the external pot (no sound effects or anything). Mine didn't come with a moisture catcher, but those are pretty cheap to order. It can do pressure cooking and slow cooking.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the match with my white & orange kitchen decor! I bought it for prssure-cooking, but it took me 10 months to try using my Instant Pot, because (even though I read the manual) I recalled watching my mom’s stove-top pressure-cooker in the 60s and was afraid! Finally, my son reviewed the manual and gave me a simple demo. I’ve now made two items: juicy chicken thighs and beans. The InstantPot worked GREAT & the results were perfect! Now I love it! Maybe InstantPot should hire people to demo the pot in our homes—very motivating!

Bought this as a gift for my son. He says it works great and cooks chicken really fast. He likes the way it looks a lot. Based on that, I would give it two thumbs up.

All I have to say is why I didn’t buy the instant pot earlier. It makes my life easier and gives me a piece of mind as the pot would turn off once the food is cooked. It is very easy to use and you don’t need to defrost the meat first. The cleaning of the lid is a little annoying bec I have to remove the ring but it is still easy to do.

I had a Larger Instapot and this one was perfect size for daily use. The old Gas Cookers would spill water and over flow on gas stove, creating a mess to clean. But this has so many options for all sorts of food cooking- you can pressure cook/sauté/steam/bake/make yogurt and much much more and so easy to clean- just one pot, that's it. If you are like me and time is money then buy it, it will make meal while you work or attend to more important things of life. Every kitchen should have one.

Received the pot and like many others, it was badly dented. The dent went right under the control panel so I didn't want to test the unit for safety reasons. Very poor packaging and care from Instant Pot. Disappointed.EDIT: They were quick to send me a replacement. Just got it so haven't tried it yet

The original box was dented and pot has giant dent in side. Amazon box fine. The shipped a damaged pot and I bought new!!!!It’s garbage

The pot was a week late arriving when promised. Being that is was my first instant pot it was a new appliance to use. There was no recipe book with it or suggested timer to use for cooking considering the price of this product. Once I went on you tube I tried a beef stew recipe for this 3 quart pot and it worked perfectly. If you are a single person this is the perfect size but like I said it was pretty expensive.
