Q: When i plug thr device in, it takes me to a sign in page and asks for a password. There was no passowrd provided with the item, how do i find this?

hi dear customer for the item you buy from us. there is no password for the web ui log in. web ui address: 192.168.8.1 or it may just the sim card you used required to sign in.( need to check with the sim card provider) if you buy the device from other seller , there version may different with us. you may need to ask the item seller you purchased from.
