I wear glasses. The set can be adjusted and I felt pretty comfortable with it.

Motion motion connector not syncing with ps4. What could be the problem?

You probably tried this but plug it up directly to the ps4 and it should detect it when you turn it on. If it doesn't then there might be a hardware issue in the controller.
