It is not hot and, like all mustard, is somewhat sour. Meaux mustard has been around for a long, long time. I like it and hope you will as well. The unique thing about it is that it contains whole mustard seed.

Q: I ordered a 2 pack and received on ly one. Is the other one being shipped?

Contact the supplier and complain to Amazon.

Q: Why do they send expired jars that are not returnable?

Never had that happen but if it did, they would most certainly exchange it for me.

Q: Mine arrived leaking and there is no return policy. How will you rectify this?

Mine also had problems in shipping. Three of the four jars were broken and the other leaked slightly but was salvageable. I eventualy got a refund from Amazon.
