Bought for my wife who said worked very well

Might be a new formula but it’s terrible . I have been using this item for years to tint my brows and the last two times I have purchased (I purchased from another site and then this time round here on amazon) it’s been unusable and I’ve had to get a refund . when I am mixing the developer and colorant the two are not combining into a smooth paste but rather they are congealing. I have tired to mix the product twice and both times they are congealed. It never used to do this and I used to really enjoy the product . I don’t know if Ardell changed the formula but it’s terrible now. Such a shame .

Before writing this review, I had a go couple of times (though maybe did a wrong mix first time). This is literally the worst eyebrow tint I have ever used. The powder (the colour) doesn't mix consistently, so when applied colour transfers same inconsistent to you eyebrows. It looked greeny ashy. The only good thing about this experience - the tint wasn't good so didn't stay too long 😂never again!

Absolute rubbish eyebrows went reddish brown was supposed to be black.

This is alright for a brow tint. Lasts only a week. Easy to apply.

Absolutely horrible from the amount of time it took to get here (almost 2 months) and the fact that it does absolutely NOTHING to tint eyebrow hairs. Such a disappointment and colossal waste of time.
