Seems to help but...
This seems to help with my stomach issues but it makes me tired. Why does it have Melatonin in it? I don't think that helps with stomach issues?Update: I have gotten more used of the Melatonin in the product and it doesn't make me as tired as before.

Actually got rid of my cramps and bloating!
I just started taking these last week and really think they have helped me. I wasn't sure at first since I didn't see any reviews, but thought I'd give them a try. Haven't had any side-effects and have found they really lessen the intensity of the intensity of my symptoms. Would recommend!

Magnesium stearate & chemical dyes?
Magnesium stearate can be an irritant and chemical dyes, simply won’t do. Many reputable manufacturers have done away with magnesium stearate for a reason let alone chemically derived and certainly unnecessary coloring. And no country of manufacturing mentioned, and can’t see the whole label in the picture.
