I don’t know why the sellers don’t say to do this… but my necklace also arrived looking tarnished with rose gold and black color. But otherwise it was the exact style I wanted - and had the added benefit of being adjustable sizing. Instead of sending it back right away, I decided to try to polish it with toothpaste and it cleaned it right up! It looks perfect! The seller should include a card or something that tells people to polish it. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted - esp for the price.

This was not a solid, but a link chain. Keeping just as well, but sellers should not be untruthful when listing items for sale. The same was for the silver plated. It too was listed as solid. Both I ordered with a 2.5mm circumference.

This is exactly what I was looking for, to showcase a pendant that is very precious to me. It's like wearing a gold ribbon, catches a lot of light. Yet it's very subtle to wear, I don't often feel it, and it doesn't pinch.Update (2nd pic), I've been wearing it for about six weeks solid, only removed to clean or shower. It hasn't faded or kinked at all.
