Value for money. Good product.
The product was well packed and delivered on time. Very easy to assemble. Just need to tighten 4 screws that comes in package. Charge for 8 hours as per the seller. Ready to ride. Had some difficulty to connect with mobile app. But it is working. Also the seller replies to your queries as soon as possible. Fully satisfied.

Good product form Xiomi
It was delivered before time by Amazon, so +1 rating for that. Xiomi pro in normal mode gives a top speed of 25km/h, which is great. Battery is good. Loving it. One point which I hate is it do not have any good lock mechanism. And most of the lock don't go through the back Tyres because of disc brake.

Great item and bad delivery
The item is original and high quality, with Arabic language and many other language manuals and instructions book, tire was filled with air and 70% battery was charged, ready to go I would recommend this item , only very back delivery company Q-express as the delivery timing 10am to 10 pm with no shop or driver contact phone number.

Excellent choice
Sturdy, heavy duty, fast, easy to install, and user friendly. Heavy if carried by a female, other than this it's a count on ride, that will save you lots of money on taxis and toll gates.

Worst experience ever on Amazon !!! 😡😡😡
The WORST experience on Amazon so far. The scooter is not reliable at all, making random bips and the brake is not efficient. The seller is not collaborative, after weeks of discussions I still don’t see any progress. I can’t trust the seller and their scooter. I don’t feel safe on streets . I shared all info and screenshots to Amazon support but I don’t know if they’ll help me

Excellent affordable scooter
Very good scooter. Although there is a recall regarding the folding bolt. And my model was not included in that recall despite the bolt in question is the same type as the recall models. I check this regurlarly.
