Nice hose
Got this to use as a jumper hose from shop air to a sand blaster cabinet. Nicely made and no problems yet.

Good hose just the wrong length
I bought 3 of these in the 3ft. length, 2 for use as lead in hoses to my impact wrenches and 1 for use to hook my new compressor to the old dead one which I now use as a volume tank. At 3ft. long they are a little long to use as lead in hoses about 18 inches would be ideal. Home depot wants $19 for a approx. 18 inch hose so I'll live with the 3 foot hose which BTW was perfect to hook the volume tank up with. They shipped fast, the rubber is of great quality and flexible. Of the three hoses I procured one of the 2 I am using as a lead in on my impact wrench began to slightly leak after a week of use. I'll cut it to length and it will make a perfect leak free lead in. (does anyone know where to buy swage kits to make custom size hoses?) From what I am reading it appears that these hoses are available in other lengths but I didn't see anything shorter than 3 ft. I will see how well time treats these hoses and see if I can procure 2 shorter lead in hoses and a maybe 15ft. general use hose to use in lieu of the 25ft PVC which will only be used for car tires. These are a great buy, look to be tangle free and appear to be of better than average quality. I have some work to do this weekend and will put the hoses to use and see if they can survive the time/use test without any major leakage. All hoses in my opinion over time develop leaks, if MIT could throw in a free female to female low restrictive ball valve to people who order several hoses it would make for a nice way to keep the noise down for the small leaks developed from use and time.

It's Goodyear
Made in the USA! Always a bonus. Use this hose from a permanent mount compressor to a Retractable Air Hose Reel. Just the right length. good price. Very flexible.

The Goodyear 3' x 3/8" Rubber Hose good!
The "" Goodyear 3' x 3/8" Rubber Whip Hose Yellow 250 Psi "" works good. The price is good, the hose from the 90PSI (150PSI if changed) drop valve & has some nice adaptors on both fittings. Since it has the 1/4-Inch MNPT, I added 1ea 3/8" female adapters on to the 1/4" inch MNPT & then the 3/8" MNPT to set it up on the both installations to the special 90PSI threads. Works fine so far.

Served my purpose
I have a twin tank air compressor and I mounted my hose reel to the belt guard. The length of hose was perfect and now my compressor and hose’s are more convenient to use. Hose is top quality and connections are well fitted and should last me a good while.

So far, looks to be a quality hose whip
This Goodyear hose whip looks and feels to be a quality item. Note that I did not rate on "durability" because having had the hose in operation for only a few days, I can't rate on "durability" as of yet. Based on the feel of the hose, I expect it should be durable, but only time will truly tell on that point. The end fittings do appear to be brass as detailed, and are 1/4in NPT fittings. There is one aspect that is nice. It is much more flexible at low temperatures (40 deg F, 4.4 deg C) than any of my three other long air hoses are at the same temperature. So cold weather flexibility is a nice plus The listing here says it is "fit to be used during any weather conditions" but does not further elaborate. Given my experience just now, it is fit for at least down to 40F conditions as it does remain quite flexible at that temperature. One small negative (although I did not deduct any stars for this). The photo here shows the actual hose as embossed with "Made in USA", however the hose that was shipped no longer is embossed with "Made in USA". Only the paper tag stapled around the hose contains the "Made in USA" statement now. All in all I'm pleased with the hose so far. Only time will tell on the "durability" factor.
