I saw some of the taste reviews and was a bit sceptical. The flavor is not bad. BUT these are a classic example of a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down. I decided on gummies to make sure the family members take them, with pills they often did not and I believe that a supplement that has some bad is better than one that is not taken at all. Also I've also seen large vitamins pass through older people partially digested. Bed pan bullets the doctors and EMT's called them. I'm only taking 2 a day as I believe they are a supplement to a good diet.

My husband is a Parkinson's patient and has difficulty swallowing large pills, and these are a perfect alternative. He says they taste good, too!

Chewable with a hint of fish when you first bit into them but then tastes very tasty like gummy bears.
