DEFECTIVE Very Sad :(
Ordered 4 chairs total. 3 of 4 are okay, nothing amazing, but function as chairs for average weight humans. Nice color. Small defects throughout the bottoms, but one MAJOR defect in the already flimsy connection between the nut/bolt. One of them stripped completely (didn't apply excessive force or do anything differently than the first 12 connections). We are really sad bc otherwise we are happy to keep these chairs for what they are.How do I go about getting a replacement for 1 of the chairs? It is unusable as it is now. For this price point: THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE AT ALL.Will update after I hear back from the seller.
