These led fairy lights were a pain to get unraveled, but made up for that by being a breeze to actually put on my tree!I have a 7ft slim (closer to pencil I’d say but the manufacturer of the tree says slim, so…) prelit tree, and this was the absolute ideal amount of lighting to add and spaced perfectly with the hanging lines of lights. The thin wires disappear into my tree and reach from the top top almost to the base with maybe one row of the lowest branches not being lit by these.I do wish there were a slower twinkle option, but the days it felt a bit too quick I simply put them on solid and it still looked beautiful. The remote works very well without having to worry about what angle or distance to use it at. I recommended these to someone an hour after installing them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again and again!I’m actually considering using these lights full time elsewhere, so I’ll hopefully be able to acquire a second set for next year since I now cannot imagine my holiday tree without them!

As soon as I took it out of the box I thought it wasn't going to work. It's a little difficult to release each part, but once it's placed on the tree, it's very beautiful, I loved it.

The media could not be loaded. We were looking for dependable and reusable tree lights when we came across this one. Even though quantity wise this doesn’t have as many lights as the wrap around traditional bulbs, when draped intentionally you can barely tell it is strung from the top. The light show is a plus. The remote works, but only if the sensor senses it-not if it’s plugged in behind a desk,etc. it would be better if it came with a wall adapter and if its sensor were near the tree and not the plug.. but the button on the usb plug works just fine for leaving it on or off. It consists of thin wire that gets tangled easily into so I would recommend unwrapping it entirely and separating the strands before going near the tree. Our tree is 7ft tall and this covers most of it. The strobe effect is a bit much but it only lasts a few seconds at most.

My major gripe with this product is how it was packaged and so unwieldy to open and lay out the lights. The light strings got tangled and took me a lot of time to untangle as I had put up my Christmas tree. I have used several led lights in different forms and they have been easy to set up unlike this one. After laying the lights out, the lighting is consistent and has many features and a remote that doesn’t always work.

The media could not be loaded. I really liked the final end result of these lights. I added it to a prelit tree to add more "umph". I am happy. With the $$$However that being said, here is what I found problematic. The wire stands are bundled, gumbled together and took a lot of time to separate each individual stands of lights. Also the other thing is that the only way to start the lights is by the remote and it doesn't always connect with the lights to turn on or off or switch the setting of the lights.

These string lights were a huge pain in the butt to untangle. They come in a solid clump when you take them out of the box. Spent a solid hour untangling them, the wires are super thin and they all attach to one base. They turned out to look very pretty on the tree though.

To be honest, I didn't think I'd like this and bought it out of "this is so strange looking that I must see it for myself." But it was actually great! Untangling took a good 30ish, maybe 40ish minutes. It's awful and frustrating and I was worried the whole time about breaking a stand because they're only thin wire. When taking them down and storing for next year we wrapped each strand around a piece of folded paper, which again, took awhile, but it will take the worst part of this product manageable. The green strands blend in well and because of the unique shape I'm able to light the tree from the top to bottom without going around and around, this helps a lot with taking off the lights at the end of the season. The different light modes are just okay, not really my thing, but the ability to dim the lights is great. It should work for trees 3-5ft.
