I absolutely love this Vitamin D3 by Solgar, as it is made from high quality ingredients, which has helped me tremendously. Vitamin D in slightly higher dosage are especially helpful and beneficial to those who doesnโt get much sunlight. The softgels are just tiny, which is very easy to swallow.
