Oven is good, 30L over was bigger than expected, cooks well, defrost helps cooking food items from the fridge, we mostly used microwave, yet to use convection. Minus point was it has a sound on right side which might be due to mishandling. If you touch on right side body the vibration sound goes, so maybe some loose contact. The lid's open close seems to be tight.

I bought this microwave a long time ago, and it still works well. It heats quickly, has many functions and features, and is reasonably priced. It’s also easy to clean and reliable for daily heating and cooking tasks. I highly recommend buying it

The product is really good, especially for a brand name like Black & Decker and a 2 year warranty. I read reviews about this product's loud door. The door is loud, yes, but you can prevent it from being loud by pressing the button when you close the door. It significantly decreases the noise. Easy to use, great product!

Excellent product
Very good and useful and has plenty of options with Good heating power. I have been using it for a year now and still happy with my choice. Only one drawback, it makes loud sound when you open or close but not a big deal anyway.
