November 2, 2016 product updateI have been taking this product for just less than a year. Still have problem with the granules, but I like it. It is a few dollars cheaper than MA product, bit works about the same. I pour 2 oz water onto the product in a small glass. The volume easily doubles. I pour off the foamy top half into another small glass. Then I quickly stir the half that is left. It is full of granules and hurry to swallow it like I were drinking a shot. and let the granules at the bottom of the cup drain into my mouth. Try to contain as many of the grains as possible on the middle of my mouth. Next, I stir the foamy part that is left and pour it back into the first cup--usually there are grains that still ned to be swallowed. Then take the second back like drinking another shot and allow to drain. Even with all that effort I still have a few lurking around. Don't be tempted to take another swallow of water. Don't want to dilute what is in your stomach. give it 10 minutes and then take a swish to capture those escapees and swallow them all! Give it a try. and it tastes just fine. If anything a little too sweet. To your best health.Well, I decided to try this when I realized that I didn't tolerate MAs version (allergic to Lo Han fruit sweetener). So far well tolerated. It is a much grainier product and I have a harder time swallowing all the little grains. So I wonder how well it is isotonically absorbed. I know that I need to take 2 doses a day at least 4 hours apart to get maximum absorption and full daily requirement. So make sure if you take that you take this one twice a day. It is a 45 day supply at 2 doses a day to get amounts on label. I like Isotonic nature of product, as well as packaging. I am a MA distributor, so for me the price is comparable. I am considering the Multi as well, for the same reason-no Lo Han fruit sweetener. I like MAs OPC3 and have had significant improvement in several chronic health conditions since starting 3 years ago. I will add to review after taking for several months.

The taste takes some getting used to but this a good product

There's no point in making this product isotonic. The granules simply do not dissolve in water. When mixing as directed then drinking it, there is an abundance of granules left in my mouth. Moreover, there's an abundance of granules left behind in the glass. So, why mix this into an isotonic solution when the actual granules do not dissolve into the solution?Fortunately for me, I've also purchased the multivitamin and the OPC. Mixing the multivitamin, then the OPC into the same glass helps get some of the residual granules from CalX into me. But why should I have to? The multivitamin and the OPC dissolve pretty well.But who knows, really, how much calcium I'm getting when the stuff doesn't fully dissolve?OptiHealth, get with it. An isotonic solution is just not the delivery system for calcium. Try using chews or pills.
