I give this product 20 stars. I have suffered from bloating/constipation/discomfort/allergies and arthritis for years. I only take clean products, no chemicals. I have tried all brands to help my issues. I stumbled on Gaia Triphala, used for one year now, and feel wonderful. I take two caps in AM/three in PM if needed for digestion. In the morning, toxic load of food in gut digested. I cannot believe how my allergies are almost gone, arthritis calmed down, aching in joints gone. I have read numerous articles about 80% of health issues are due to "leaky gut". At first, I didn't believe. Now I know it's true. The gut holds toxic materials and it leaks into blood stream through tiny holes wrecking havoic on health. I bought for my older son in 20s who refuses to take supplements but suffers from poor gut digestion. He is hooked, too. I got paid zero for my review nor would I be bought for anything.

I have SIBO-C and issues with motility.The recommended dosage is 1 pill daily, 2 times between meals. This did nothing for me.Following a protocol set by a naturopath, it was recommended to take 1 before bedtime. If this did not work, up it to 2. To a max of 4.I can tell you that 2 pills an hour before bed time have done the trick for me.

I just finished entire bottle today & have been very disappointed in this product. I took another brand that was not a capsule for about a year & was never ever constipated. I stopped taking & became very constipated so I decided to take Triphala again & chose this brand because I thought capsule would be easier to swallow. They were but did NOT work for me at all!

Did not help with digestion or pooping took for a week. Only made me very sick. Recommend magnesium citrate instead that got things moving for me. Gaia products are usually good too but these just did not work at all for me and made me sick.

This product was recommended due to digestion issues and it really does help!

I've purchased Triphala before from another brand and it's worked great. I just wanted to try this brand, Gaia, because I find this brand so interesting. This product seems weak. It showed promise of working in the beginning but then didn't work anymore. I will not be buying this again.

This will make you go, for sure. However it appears to lose effectiveness the more you use it. If you only use it when you need it, you'll go the next day... for me, the urge was slightly high, haha. Not diarrhea, but just very urgent.
