Bosmarlin Large Ceramic Coffee Mug, Big Tea Cup for Office and Home, 21 Oz, Dishwasher and Microwave Safe, 1 PCS

This cup has been a family favorite for 5 years. We just bought a few more because our first two broke (human error). We highly recommend this cup for these reasons: artistry, size, weight is not too heavy and it’s durability.

very large and easy pour

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE these cups! And I'm picky about my coffee mug, it has to be "just so!" Perfect size, love the shape, and really like the lip of the cup - makes it so comfortable to drink - and the pretty design gives me pleasure every morning. Good hefty size but not clunky. I now have of them! And they clean beautifully.

i have my own bosmarlin mug (the wider shorter one) and my partner always was jealous of how much coffee it holds, so i bought him this one as a gift. He's had it for two years now and it's held up great, he brought it to the office and now needs a second one for home. The ceramic is nice and thick so it holds temperature nicely, and the handle is sturdy and shows no signs of breaking off (which was one thing i saw in some reviews and i was nervous of). I also was pleasantly surprised that the drippy blue glaze was pretty close to what the photos show, these are all unique so it was nice to see they are pretty consistent.

I ordered this mug to give as a gift. It arrived as promised but despite being very well packaged, the mug had 2 small chips on the lip. I contacted Bosmarlin, sent picture as requested. They responded quickly and asked for my order # I assume to verify the purchase. The mug was replaced as promised. I am very happy with customer service & especially glad I was not required to go to the expense of returning the damaged mug.

It’s a beautiful coffee mug! Unfortunately it came with a chip right where the mouth goes. It was packaged fine. I wrote the company twice, but I didn’t get a response. Idk if it didn’t go through. I have 3 other coffee mugs from this company and they’re all very nice.

Beautiful and well made. My original order had a small chip on it somehow and they immediately sent me a replacement. Will definitely order more.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the combination of colors in this mug, and I like that it's big enough for me to use the largest setting on my Keurig and have plenty of room for creamer and still not splash out when I stumble out of the kitchen hoping that I've just poured a cup of ambition. It's a sturdy as it looks but isn't heavy, and while the price point is above what I ever thought I'd pay for a coffee cup, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

CRACKED DURING 3rd use (was a gift for fiancé) he was really annoyed, since I spent so much money on it. SO QUALITY WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
