Still using and waiting for benefits

I started using this product and i got allergy and itchness in my body which was abnormal to me. I read reviews here and some were writing the same, once i stopped taking it the itchness stopped after 2 to 3 days. I don't want be negative but i just wanted share my experience with this biotin.

Weak nails, try Biotin. I selected this product because it is organic and non GMO. I had weak nails for many many years. Dr prescribed biotin once a day. 5000 mcg worked wonders for my weak nails. I could not keep long nails due to how thin and weak they were. After taking this product they don't break or split as easy and have grown thicker and longer. I saw results in about 3 months. This is OK for me because my nails were weak for so long. So waiting for results, no problem. Worth it.

So far its hard to tell if this biotin is doing anything for my hair growth i lost my hair after covid and im trying to get it to grow back so i purchased these vitamins. I been taking one everyday as it is recommended. So far my hair fall is no more. But as far as growth only time will tell.
