missing piece
overall i like the puzzle however am very disappointed it's missing ONE piece. After writing the company I was sent a form to complete to get the piece replaced. Spent 35 minutes trying to get form to submit...never would go through. Wrote again and was told they don't DO that. However, I can complete form, mail to poland with 3 additional pieces and they'll send me a new puzzle. Or I can return puzzle to amazon store for replacement or new puzzle. Not worth the hassle. So I'll keep my 5,999 piece puzzle and not buy from trefl again.

Missing Pieces
I had a lot of fun doing this puzzle. It took me a little bit under 8 months to finish it and I was soooo disappointed to find out that I was missing 14 pieces!!! With such a large number I can tell for sure that the puzzle was not complete in the box. I just want to scream right now. You'd better off sticking to more popular and reliable brands of puzzles. I will never buy Trefl again.

Very disappointing!
We had ordered a 6000 piece Sistine chapel puzzle that we had looked forward to as a family during this self-quarantine. Instead, we got an age 4+ Scooby-Doo puzzle! First of all, the puzzle was late in coming, but we were notified that it would be delayed by a few days. My children are off to graduate school in 10 days and we had looked forward to working on the large puzzle and challenge ourselves to complete before they left. Now, we are all very disappointed and feel let down. This is probably the last time we could have enjoyed such a fun activity together as one family before our children get really busy with their studies and their future. We feel someone played a mean joke here by sending us this odd puzzle instead.
