Macdonald's milkshake
Per gram, muscle tech has less proteins and creatine that optimum nutrition, because their scoop size is more than 1.5x larger. However, with the cheaper price, it can be worth it. Just note, that Amazon is constantly changing prices every day. Provided that it contains the ingredients it claims to contain, and you go to the gym, you will get good results. I've noticed an increase in energy, though I'm taking only one scoop after one workout, rather than the "recommended" 4 scoops every day to get maximal results. One downside is that chocolate flavor tastes like a Macdonald's chocolate milkshake, which is weird considering we're trying to be healthy here without taking banned substances. I understand that they are trying to make the taste addicting, but please can we cut down on over the top sweetness?

Positive results.
I am using MuscleTech for 23 days now and it works. Measured my chest and biceps and it grew about more than an inch. Make sure you will have a good workout while consuming MuscleTech.
