Worst Webcam
Worst camera quality I have ever seen. Too blurry! Looks like we are in 90s. Webcam quality matters alot since we are now more into online meetings.If you are buying for work from home purpose then for sure you cannot rely on the internal webcam.All other features are superb, but camera is a big disappointment....

Low quality camera and No Facebook app on the appstore
Just confirmed the authenticity with Apple and yes it is legit. So far so good! Just the fact that the camera is is indeed low quality and the Facebook app is not available on the appstore! That’s a complete bummer! Apple confirmed this and yes even if you go to a different country or change the country specifics on settings, still you cannot download the app. You can only use it on the browser. That’s just sad. This will be the last time I’m buying a gadget in UAE. My iphone pro max doesn’t have facetime too. Just disappointed cos these gadgets are not cheap you know!

Charger and Adaptor problem
I ordered New Macbook on 1 May, but Charger and adaptor is out of order. could you change New one ?

Good for just basic use
The product build quality is nice but for the price i3 processor didn't justify. If you want a laptop just for the basic purpose and if you want to be in Apple ecosystem go for it. If not there are lots of nice windows laptop options for less price.

Such a bad product
So useless, received it today and now I’m refunding it. No Netflix , No YouTube, No Facebook app on the App Store !!!Something is really wrong !I rated one start I should have rated zero star

Battery Issue
When i received my laptop i was so happy, but unfortunately when i started using my mac i found serious issue with battery drain . now i plan to return my laptop .No camera quality ,no proper apps in app store .very disappointed with my product.

Solid performance in AIR this time
Fantastic starter Mac Air with 10th gen i3 outpacing previous gen performance by huge leap.And, now it is easy to recommend this starting model to anyone with budget of 4k.Delivery was fast.

It comes with 2 socket plug not 3 socket
I was really scared when it came because it didn’t turn on at first but it turns out it only needed charging , it works amazing and the speakers are amazing , it’s an amazing laptop and I definitely recommend getting it for such a great price .
