Irwin Naturals, Forskolin, Fat-loss Diet, 60 Liquid Soft-gels

I’ve bought this 3x now and I’ve noticed a difference. Couple with working out (weight lifting, running...) I’ve been able to drop some weight. I will say that the first day I take it, I have to pee A LOT. Make sure you’re staying dehydrated.SIDE NOTE : I do wait about 1-2 weeks between each bottle.

My doctor approved this product for me. I haven't yet lost any weight - but it's Christmas, and I haven't gained any either. I will give Forskolin another two months.

I’ve been using forskolin during my weight loss for several months. I know I’m losing, whether it’s in part due to forskolin or not I can’t say. But I believe in concert with eating right it’s been helpful. This particular brand has 500 mg of forskolin compared to others I’ve had with 250mg that cost more.

Bought this because it was a liquid but after getting and trying, I realizing that getting capsules from another brand was cheaper and worked the same.

I took the recommended dose and both times had a very bad reaction, look up side effects on Google before you purchase for weight loss. Instant headache, dizziness, chills. I have never felt anything so weird feeling. Tossed the whole bottle in the trash.
