I got this thermometer for my baby but it doesn’t only work for babies but also for adults. The thermometer changes color depending on the temperature and shows a little face in the corner, for example if you have a good temperature the screen will show in green and a happy little face. It is pretty easy to use. Compact and with a size ready to take in your purse. The reading comes fast and accurate. Not noisy at all which is good when you’re going to use it for a baby. In general it has a great value.

This digital thermometer, suitable for both adults and children, shows a slight difference in readings compared to mercury thermometers when measuring under the armpit. After multiple comparisons, my own temperature measured 36.9℃ with this digital thermometer, while a mercury thermometer showed 37℃, which is quite accurate. The error value is consistent, and adding or subtracting the error value from the forehead temperature reading results in a value close to normal body temperature. It's very convenient, provides instant results, is highly sensitive, and has a nice design. It even comes with batteries, which is a thoughtful touch. This winter, the weather has been very unpredictable, and the flu has been quite severe. My children have been getting fevers intermittently, making it especially important to monitor their temperature constantly. With this digital thermometer, which is suitable for both adults and children, it's incredibly convenient and fast. I no longer have to wait for the thermometer to register the temperature, and I don't have to worry about my children not wanting to hold the thermometer under their armpit! It's lightweight and easy to use, uses small batteries, doesn't require charging, and can adjust to measure the surface temperature of people or objects. The workmanship is excellent, and it's safer and more convenient than traditional mercury thermometers. It's easy for both children and the elderly to use, and the measurement speed is very fast – it gives a reading in an instant, without a long wait. The design is also attractive, which I really like.

I was about to buy a digital infrared thermometer to check the under hood engine temperature and other ambient temperatures ranging from 32° to 212°. I also needed a temporal thermometer to measure my wife's temperature by focusing a device on her forehead. I was amazed to find a device which included both features, enabling me to switch between them. I Had a Vick's temporal scanner before but lost it and was trying to replace it. Now I have the equivalent of both and in a very well made high quality device, easy to understand and covering all my needs for an infrared scanner. It works great and I'm happy with it and would recommend it for others.

Pros: Very easy to use. Nice display. This company makes the same thermometer for other brands, and this is less expensive. And you don't need disposable pieces to use it with different people (e.g., a throw-away barrier like on one you put in the mouth or in the ear). Cons: The only reason we are returning it is we took temperatures multiple times with two people with this device, an in-the-mouth thermometer, and an ear thermometer. All recorded different temperatures. All are more for trend than to give an precise measurement. Of the three, we felt the forehead was the least beneficial, despite that it did not need disposable protection that costs money over time.

Operational within set parameters. Well constructed and consistent numerical readings. Ease of use quite good for self use and others.
